In more than one way everything comes together for CIC group in SFE Management because sports, fashion and entertainment are the main areas in which we built our extensive experience in the last 25 years.
We guide individual careers from the ground up to top level in football, tennis and other sports since 1992. When the years passed we learned the particular rules that apply in the sports markets and step by step we developed into a trustworthy consultant for organisations that are active in sports or wish to enter the sports market.
In entertainment and fashion we guide models, influencers and artists and organise campaigns for organisations since 2012. We are proud to have become a boutique agency where services are tailor made and customized.
For federations, local governments, academies and universities we primarily focus on research, development and education. Our specific knowledge and experience added value to many education programmes
Sport management agency ‘Sport Management Concept’ (SMC) is founded by lawyer and sports coach Henk-Maarten Chin offering management services and mental coaching to sports organisations and individual athletes. The Malta Olympic committee and the successful Dutch Team Distance Runners (track and field) are among the first clients for which SMC offers amongst others team management, international exchanges, coach education and legal services.
SMC becomes part of CiC Group and is divided into CIC Sport Management and CIC Coaching Center. Both businessunits grow independently in the next ten years. CIC Sport Management offers amongst others football management for various Dutch football clubs, team management in international motocross, technical management and training in field hockey and international training camps and exchanges in swimming. CIC Coaching center offers, amongst others, mental coaching and training to Dutch professional football referees, Dutch national sailing team, Dutch First league Basketball Teams and various fitness clubs.
CIC Coaching Center offers mental coaching for professional football clubs. Throughout the years CIC Coaching Center provides services for RBC Roosendaal (Dutch Premier League), Willem II Tilburg (eredivisie), FC Dordrecht (Dutch second league) and MVV (eerste divisie).
CIC Coaching Center starts education courses ‘sports coaching and mental coaching’ at the University of Amsterdam and sports college CIOS.
CIC Sport Management and CIC Coaching Center become CIC SFE Management. SFE Management expands its activities to fashion and entertainment offering campaigns, models and influencer services to brands like L’Oréal, Guess, Luisa Via Roma and Lancôme.
SFE Management sets up a premier league tennis team at HTC Den Helder and becomes 2nd of the Netherlands in 2012 with ATP top five player Dominique Hrbaty from Slovakia as captain.
SFE Management enters the entertainment market and offers management to artists and starts its music publishing company.
SFE Management provides a broad range of sport promotion services for Amsterdam and several other municipalities in the Netherlands.
